Adam Grant, #78 on the Arizona Wildcats football team, was born on May 2, 1986 in Puyallup, Washington. While attending Puyallup High School, Adam Grant was rated No. 12 on the Washington 23 list and All-West by PrepStar. In his first year at the position in 2004, Adam Grant earned Washington AP all-state honorable mention tight end, and played defensive end prior to that. With 14 catches for 185 yards on a run-oriented team and 39 tackles, along with one interception and two sacks on defense, Adam Grant has definitely proven his excellent football skills. Adam Grant was also the starting center on the basketball team and the senior captain in football, while also lettering in track. Standing at 6’6” and weighing 325lbs, this offensive tackle had a solid fall camp in 2008 and earned a key role up front for the Arizona Wildcats. Adam Grant started the first five games before a hand injury knocked him out as a starter. Adam Grant then came on to play fill-in duty in two other Arizona Wildcats games down the stretch. During his Arizona University football career, Adam Grant had played in seven games with five starts.
