Conan Amituanai was born in Long Beach, California on January 20th, 1988. Conan Amituanai attended Poly High School where he had seven receptions, two touchdowns and 20 tackles during his senior year as a tight end. Conan Amituanai earned honors that included SuperPrep All-West, first-team Super 7 defensive front, Los Angels Times’ preseason Top defensive lineman in Southland and second team all-league. Conan Amituanai joined the University of Arizona football team and was redshirted his first season. The 6’4” 335 lbs offensive guard played in four games in 2008 for Arizona. #55 will contend for top duty at left guard during the 2009 season.
